True Colors Salon & Spa

I absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, until you leave, you are made to feel welcome. They are all so friendly and accommodating! I had been going to my previous hairdresser for 20+ years when we moved to Vero from Ohio. After a lot of research and opinion gathering I made an appointment at True Colors with Jessica Joseph. From that initial visit all my “dread” over choosing a new hair professional disappeared. Jessica immediately put me at ease and really listened to my hair goals. She seems to know exactly what I want even before I do :). When I’m having a “I hate everything about my hair” day, she’s perfect at knowing me better than I know myself and always has suggestions that I never even thought of. My hair is healthier than it’s ever been thanks to her recommendations. I just can’t rave enough about True Colors and Jessica Joseph 💗

My second appointment here with Ria went so well! She created a vibrant, deep red color that I wanted, and cut my hair so expertly in low layers, and then blew it out and flat ironed it smooth. It turned out great! Beyond expectations! It is so shiny and healthy as well - WOW!! I am very impressed and thankful to have found this Salon and such a wonderful hairdresser👍🏼

Everyone here is so friendly and the atmosphere is great! One thing I really enjoy is that when I walk in the staff takes the time to make me feel welcome, whether it is the front desk or someone just walking by, no one is too busy to acknowledge me and that doesn't happen often these days. I have seen Jessica for years and the conversation is always fun! She has also put up with me when I want to do something different but have no ideas, she has come up with different ways to style/cut my hair that I love! Thank you Jessica!

Absolutely horrible! My last appointment with them was my LAST APPOINTMENT! I had been going to True Colors Salon for over a year. My husband & I also did the couples massage. I go there every 3 WEEKS for dye and also high lights. My last appointment was dreadful - when I got there on Saturday, the receptionist told me Jessica was running a little late and also didn't eat so she needed to sit down and have some lunch. I am not usually in a rush but I was this day and told receptionist that was a problem for today as I was pressed for time. Jessica came out of the break room and said to me, "Maybe you don't want your hair done today?" I drive from West Fort Pierce for my appointment and I said YES, I need my hair dyed. It was like then sit down & be quiet. She told me WE have 2 customers at the same time so she needed to go back and forth-I said -NO this won't work for me today. She asked the lady sitting RIGHT next to me if she minded that I went 1st and she said ok-this was embarrassing and unnecessary! Jessica & I usually chat for the hour & 1/2 that I'm there but not today. After she finished my blow out, she said Goodbye..I said thank you for your kindness & patience to the lady to my right & left True Colors with a very red face and was very upset.. I spend between $200-$300 every 3 weeks there. Obviously good customers hold zero respect- I cancelled my next 2 appointments SUSAN

This salon is super cute! I've gone by it a million times and never realized how adorable it was inside! They had the exact appt time I requested, and someone they said was perfect for what I wanted. I saw Ria for my first ever professional partial highlight and a good cut on my very dark 2c hair. Many previous stylists have seemed intimidated or unsure about how to work on my hair type and length, but she is clearly an expert at her craft and she was super pleasant to talk to. I'll be back to see her soon and often!
